In a recent ruling (No C 48 976) the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) has ruled that the critical Class 12 NICE classification for Vanwall® road and racing cars is the property of Sanderson International Marketing Ltd for sole use in any and every EU country.
Sanderson International Marketing have granted exclusive usage of the Vanwall® name and mark to Vanwall 1958 Ltd, the owners of this website.
On the basis of this ruling, any usage by any other party or parties in the EU of the Vanwall trademark for the Class 12 category as specified by the EUIPO is deemed an infringement.
Vanwall® is a registered trademark in the UK & EU.
Vanwall 1958 Limited is a company registered in England & Wales No.10534203.
